Our team offers 90-to 180-day guarantees on all our sales professional placements. Why do we do this? Because we're confident in our ability to listen to each customer's specific challenges and deliver a unique candidate solution. We offer job description creation and rewrites, candidate scorecards and assessments, gapless 30/60/90-day onboarding plans, and more for each candidate placed. As an added benefit, we inject the new sales professional into one of our Sales Squads peer groups at no cost for their first 90 days of employment.​
