The Executive Sales Consultant (ESC) engages with the Business Owner, Sales Leader, and/or sales team members on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly frequency. The ESC holds one-on-one coaching, guidance, mentorship, and strategy sessions related to the business and its stakeholders' needs.

Sales Homie helps our customers build strategies to drive new opportunities and revenues through strategic positioning and follow-up techniques. Additional emphasis is placed on current customer revenues to build retention tactics and strategies for expanding wallet share. For Sales Leaders, Sales Homie helps create and emphasize weekly and monthly metrics and activities to help drive business growth and accountabilities.
Guidance "on" your Business:
Sales Homie helps our customers understand the sales process, planning, and revenue forecasting. We also provide guidance and support on aligning sales and marketing efforts.
