How it works:​
The FSL engages with the sales team and company stakeholders at a predetermined frequency (weekly). The FSL holds one-on-one meetings for sales representatives, provides coaching and strategy, and oversees revenue development.

The FSL leads the training and development of new sales team members while partnering with other internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, Finance, and Human Resources). The FSL participates in company-wide planning and strategy sessions as the sales lead.
Because your business deserves the expertise of a sales team and not a single consultant, Sales Homie provides an Executive Sales Leader (ESL) to assist with sales planning, revenue forecasting, and internal business growth and strategy on a quarterly basis.
